Brightspace provides an online platform for booking cleaning services. Our services include domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, and other related services. By using our platform, you can request, schedule, and pay for cleaning services provided by our vetted professionals.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a service. You must also ensure that the premises are accessible and safe for our cleaning professionals. Any damages caused by negligence or failure to provide a safe environment will be your responsibility.
Service Availability
While we strive to ensure that our services are available without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free access. We may suspend or discontinue services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Security

Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of service failure or overpayment. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of the service date. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet our refund policy criteria.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy
If our cleaning professionals arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the premises, the full service fee will be charged.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability Exclusion
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service in question during the 12-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
Dispute Resolution
